Whether it’s the Loewe Stellar TI or the Loewe Stellar VI: Both models were designed and developed at Loewe’s headquarters in Kronach. Both the TV and the OLED module are manufactured entirely in our own production facilities, the panels are individually calibrated, and quality is checked down to the last detail.

The Loewe stellar ti, powered by Tizen OS, exclusively uses this open-source operating system, which for decades has otherwise been used only in Samsung televisions. VIDAA – the elegant smart TV experience from the world of Loewe

The Loewe stellar vi, powered by VIDAA, embodies the elegant smart TV experience from the world of Loewe. The sleek and fast VIDAA operating system, which is based on a proven Linux kernel for TV and is also used by Hisense, for example, impresses with its clear and structured menu navigation. Anyone who has experience with earlier Loewe TVs will quickly find their way around here. VIDAA is the world’s number two premium smart TV operating system and the fastest-growing one.

stellar ti - Cinematic Perfection

The Loewe stellar ti utilizes, among other components, the high-quality META-OLED Open Cell from LG Display. In addition to HLG and HDR10, it supports only the HDR10+ Adaptive format for dynamic HDR adjustments, which adapts brightness, colors, and contrast to the film scenes and ambient light. Dolby Vision IQ is not supported by Tizen OS. But even here, cinematic perfection is delivered, and the picture performance impresses with brilliant quality and versatility.

stellar vi - Dolby Vision IQ PD

The Loewe stellar vi features, among other things, the latest Tandem OLED Open Cell from LG Display and supports not only HLG and HDR10 but also HDR10+ Adaptive and Dolby Vision IQ PD, which dynamically adjust brightness, contrast, and colors to match the on-screen scenes and ambient lighting. This results in images with incredible depth and detail, bringing every sunset, every movie scene, and every sports broadcast to life.

stellar ti – Maximum flexibility thanks to a vast selection of apps

Thanks to Tizen OS, the Loewe stellar ti offers an enormous variety of apps, including Spotify, additional features via the Samsung SmartThings app and Apple Home, as well as expanded multimedia capabilities. stellar vi - simple and intuitive operation

With VIDAA, the Loewe stellar vi offers all major video-on-demand streaming services, and the selection is constantly expanding; however, it does not quite match the enormous variety of Tizen OS. On the other hand, VIDAA’s interface is designed to be slightly simpler and more intuitive, and individual apps launch somewhat faster and more smoothly overall. In addition to Apple AirPlay, the smart home system Matter is also supported.

stellar ti - four HDMI 2.1 ports for maximum flexibility

The Loewe stellar ti, featuring the Loewe SL950 chassis based on a Novatek chipset, supports the HDMI 2.1 standard on all four HDMI ports for 4K UHD with 144 Hz VRR, allowing for the connection of up to four latest-generation game consoles or PCs. Of course, HDMI CEC for cross-device control and HDMI eARC for soundbars and home theater receivers are also supported.

stellar vi - four HDMI ports, two of which support the HDMI 2.1 standard

The Loewe stellar vi, featuring the Loewe SL892 chassis based on a MediaTek chipset, has a total of four HDMI ports, including HDMI CEC and HDMI Enhanced ARC, for external devices such as Blu-ray players, set-top boxes, or soundbars. Two of the ports also support 4K Ultra HD with 144Hz VRR according to the HDMI 2.1 standard, which is ideal for the latest generation of game consoles and PCs.

stellar ti - Multi-Recording and Enjoying Content Simultaneously with Multi-View

In addition to the multi-recording feature found on the Loewe stellar vi, the Loewe stellar ti also offers the Multi-View option. With this picture-in-picture (PIP) feature from Tizen OS, two pieces of content can be displayed simultaneously. For example, you can watch a live sporting event in the main window while game statistics, commentary, or another program are displayed in a second window. Multi-View opens up new possibilities for enjoying content simultaneously.

stellar vi - Multi-recording for simultaneous viewing and recording of two different TV programs

The Loewe stellar vi supports multi-recording for simultaneous viewing and recording of two different TV programs to the built-in storage medium. While one program is recording in the background, another program can be watched in the foreground—and can even be paused or rewound using Timeshift. Multi-View, i.e., the simultaneous display of two programs using a picture-in-picture (PIP) function, is not possible with VIDAA, however.

Regardless of which premium TV operating system—VIDAA or Tizen OS—you choose, a Loewe stellar always delivers brilliant pictures and a smart TV experience that intuitively delights.

All other key features are also identical across both model variants. The design, the selection of colors and materials, and the manufacturing of the OLED module and the entire television at Loewe’s headquarters in Kronach, in Upper Franconia in northern Bavaria, are equally exclusive to both Loewe stellar models.
