How do I set up my Loewe TV?

The initial installation will guide you with a virtual assistant. You can repeat the initial installation under the system settings.

Where can I find all the connections on my Loewe TV?

The connections are located on the back of all Loewe devices. Usually these are not directly visible due to a cover. A detailed view of the connection options can be found in the user manual of your device.

Where can I find the latest software updates for my Loewe device?

If the device is connected to the internet, it will automatically search for newer software versions (if this has been activated in the system settings). For more information, please refer to the user manual for your device. You can also manually search for a new software update. Alternatively, you can find the latest software for your device here on our FAQ page. After you have registered your device, the appropriate software will be displayed under "Downloads". You can download this as a ZIP file. When the process is complete, you can unpack the downloaded archive and use the firmware contained therein and the associated instructions to update your device to the latest version.

Can I start the TV directly with an AV source

Yes, turn on the TV with the "0/AV" button. This will start the TV with the last used AV source.

My TV is no longer working?

Please turn your TV off and on again. Unplug it for at least 30 seconds. Then check the functionality again.

My TV device no longer shows a picture or the picture is distorted?

Please check that the connected signal sources are correctly connected. If this does not solve the problem, check the signal quality under "System settings -> Transmitter -> Manual search".

My TV is no longer responding to the remote control.

First, check the batteries and replace them if necessary. If the TV still does not respond to the remote control, reset it as follows: Press and hold the AUDIO and STOP buttons simultaneously until the LED above the AUDIO button flashes twice. Then enter the digits 99. The LED will flash twice to confirm. Finally, press the TV button.

My TV switches off sporadically for no apparent reason.

Please first check whether the TV's software is up to date. The performance of the TV sets is constantly improved by software changes. 2. To narrow down the problem, remove any connected peripherals (set-top boxes, USB hard drives, CI+ modules, etc.) from the HDMI, USB and network interfaces of your TV. If the sporadic shutdown no longer occurs, reconnect the devices one after the other to the TV and check the behavior after each connection of a peripheral device. If the problem occurs in connection with a specific device, contact your Loewe dealer or the manufacturer of the peripheral device.

How do I create my personal channel list?

To do this, please go to your system settings → Transmitter → TV transmitter lists. There you can create your individual transmitter list. In the personal transmitter list, programs from different reception sources can be combined (DVB-S / DVB-C / DVB-T and AV sources).

How do I add a favorite to my home screen?

You can mark all sorts of content as a favorite by briefly pressing the star button on the remote control.

How do I program a recording?

The easiest way is to press the record button (red dot) on your remote control. Recordings can also be conveniently programmed using the integrated EPG.

Where can I find an explanation of the current button functions on the remote control?

For a general explanation of the key functions, please refer to the user manual of your device. For dynamic functions, press the "Info" button on your Loewe remote control for two seconds.

The display on my bild 7 / bild 9 is not moving?

Please check that the retaining screw on the rear, marked by a sticker, has been removed. This function can be disabled in the menu under System Settings.

The brightness of my picture changes automatically. Why?

This is due to the automatic brightness control. This ensures that you always have a suitably bright image at any time of day. In addition, permanent displays / still images are gradually dimmed on OLED devices.

Image sticking effects are now visible due to improper use (long still image, repeating film sequences). What can I do?

Please start an OLED compensation manually. You can start the procedure under “System Settings – Picture – OLED Calibration!”. After that, the effects should have largely disappeared. If one run is not completely successful, simply repeat the procedure a second time. Please note that this is not a malfunction of the device and is not covered by the guarantee/warranty.

Is there a VESA adapter for the Loewe bild 7?

No, only the product-specific installation solutions.

The cropped area of my displayed image does not match the original image. What could be the reason?

Disable automatic image format. Alternatively, a manual selection of the image format is available.

How can I hear speech more clearly?

Using the blue button on your remote control, you can switch between Dolby and Stereo (PCM) if the channel offers it. Alternatively, you can set the sound adjustment to Voice under System Settings.

Can I operate the projector on the go without mains power?
