Can I pair my klang 1 with a klang 5 speaker?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

Can my klang system be operated via the existing home network ?

No, because the DAL and network interfaces are not compatible. They only use the same connector system

Why is my speaker system not visible in the sound component assistant?

Wired: When connecting the speakers, please ensure that you use the network cable to connect to the DAL socket and not the identical network socket.

Wireless: Check the connection of klang link.

Why do distances have to be specified in the cofiguration?

These are necessary so that the TV can distribute the signals correctly to the system.

How do I connect my Loewe TV to the subwoofer?

How is my system configured?

Your system is configured via the sound component assistant in the system settings of your Loewe TV. You can find it here: System settings → Connections → Sound components

Will my internet radio continue to function smoothly after the switch to AirableNow?

Yes, your internet radio will continue to work smoothly after the switch to AirableNow. Most internet radios will automatically switch to the new platform. Which provider does Loewe use for its Internet radios?

Previously, Loewe Internet radios used the Frontier Smart service to manage Internet radio, podcasts and the favorites portal. However, this service will be discontinued at the end of the year.

This will not change anything for you. From November, the company airable GmbH will take over the provision of services for Internet radio, podcasts and the favorites portal for all affected Loewe Internet radios (klang s).

The changeover will take place automatically in the background so that you can continue to use your Loewe Internet radio without restrictions and free of charge as usual.

Do the smart radios have an integrated battery?

The Smart Standradio does not have an integrated rechargeable battery and is designed for stationary use. It works exclusively via a mains cable and requires a socket for power supply.

How many radio stations and podcasts can I listen to?

Up to 25,000 radio stations and approx. 10,000 podcasts are available via Internet radio, which can be individually programmed.

Can I connect my smartphone or other devices?

Our smart radios are designed for wireless use and have modern connectivity options such as WLAN and Bluetooth. This model does not have a classic AUX connection. You can conveniently play music via streaming services, Internet radio or Bluetooth-enabled devices.

Which audio formats are supported?

Both models support MP3, AAC, AAC+, M4A, WAV, FLAC and PCM. The klang s3 also plays CD-DA, CD-R and CD-RW.

How easy is it to set up?

Installation is plug-and-play: all components are preconfigured. Simply connect and get started straight away - no technical expertise required.

Can I connect my smartphone directly?

Yes, all models have Bluetooth 4.2 for wireless audio streaming from mobile devices.

What is Multiroom and how does it work with Loewe?

With Multiroom, you can play music synchronously in multiple rooms. The Loewe klang mr speakers use DTS Play-Fi, Google Cast, AirPlay 2 or Roon for a seamless multiroom experience.

The Loewe klang mr series comprises wireless active speakers that are ideal for home cinema and multi-room applications. They offer powerful sound, elegant design and smart connectivity.

How are they controlled?
